(This site did not have Puerto Rico as an option for "Origin State" so I chose Florida, however, the shipping actually took place from Puerto Rico to Virginia).
Absolutely 100% satisfied with Total Car Shipping. For several months I researched car shipping companies to ship my mom's car from Puerto Rico (PR) to Virginia (VA). After many disappointing emails and voice mails to other shipping companies, many of whom did not respond, I contacted Total Car Shipping. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Robert. He was very professional and answered all our questions, many times over. He quoted us a price, told us exactly how much we needed to pay up front and at the time of delivery. He also informed us of what we needed to do in PR to get the car ready for shipping, such as, documentation, etc., exactly where my mom needed to drop off the vehicle in PR (a port in San Juan) and how long it would take for the vehicle to arrive in VA; in this case 5 days, which is very good. All information was correct. There were no surprises, no additional fees, and the car arrived as promised, free of damages, and on time. Robert called and emailed us to let us know when the car arrived in the U.S. and when it was going to be released at the port, as well as, when the car was on its way to VA. The driver who delivered the car, also very professional, called us before arriving and we were there to meet him, pay the final portion of the bill, and take possession of the car. Overall, a tremendously smooth operation all the way through the process. My mom and I were very pleased with the service from beginning to end. I would recommend Total Car Shipping to friends and family.
