Poor communication

The actual transporter they used was excellent & we ended with an enclosed truck, when we only requested an open. However, after we got the initial quote we were asked to fax in the agreement. We did this & then heard nothing for days. I then sent an email asking if they received it to which I was told yes & that everything was as agreed upon. However, the agreement had no expectation on how long the transport would be, how payment would be worked out etc. So I kept having to submit questions, to which I usually received a brief email response.

Ultimately, Total Shipping needs to communicate with their customers better as to what the final arrangements are.

At this point, I'm uncertain if we would use them again.
