We had to have our car transported from VA to TX. At first I reviewed this company on the Better Business Bureau and they had a rating of B minus which is not bad considering the other companies of similar price had ratings of C and even C minus. Customer service was just ok. I felt I had to contact her frequently. At first she told me she would have my driver within 1-3 days and it took a week. Still, it wasn't bad. The drivers call in after they finish their route and then they add more cars to transport. I somewhat feel the 1-3 day pitch was to get you hooked. I had to stay in contact with the driver which made me feel better because I then could get a time frame. I didn't feel like everything was explained to me very well by customer service but still things worked out. The car arrived very dirty but the driver explained that they went through a terrible storm in Arkansaw which I know to be true. I did assume that the car was enclosed and I thought they told me it would be but maybe I was wrong. On the website, they only show that the cars are enclosed and so it is misleading because mine was not. So I was not happy about that. But for the price, I would take it again. My car did not arrive with any damage and I was able to keep some things in the trunk but not anything of any value.
