I called Total Car Shipping on 1/26/2009 and spoke with Teresa about getting my Chevrolet Tahoe transported from Memphis TN to Jacksonville Fl, not only was Teresa extremely helpful and knowleagable but she was extremely patient . She asked me what date did I want the car picked up on, I told her the earliest day possible. I received a call 20 minutes later from the driver stating that he would be in Memphis to pick up the vehicle in an hour. Whoa (20 minutes later) now thats fast service. Not only was it a fast pickup, the driver than called me on 1/27/09 to let me know that he will be in Jacksonville FL at 4:30 pm (thats fast delivery as well). I have had such a great experience, my truck was delivered in a timely manner with no damages. What a great company, What a great Represenative (Teresa), What a great driver, What a great experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
