From the first contact with this company, I was kept informed, quoted accurately and they were responsive to my questions. Since I have never transported a car before, I was very cautious because so many companies made so many claims that I didn't know which way to turn. The fact that Total CarShipping LLC was approved by the Better Business Bureau helped. But when I spoke directly to Maria, I felt confident that this company was the one to do the job. I was not disappointed in any part of the transaction. Maria's follow through with telephone and e-mail was impressive. I shall use them again.
