From beginning to end the entire experience was stress free. Maria was very patient with me and was there every time that I called and had a question. I found her to be an absolute joy to work with. I was very eager to take possession of the vehicle that I purchased and called every day to see if a carrier had been assigned to pick up the vehicle. She was always pleasant and never minded my inquireys even when I called more than once in the day. I was treated like I was the only customer that they had. When the first carrier had break down issues she immediately got to work and found a new carrier the following day. To my surprise and delight the carrier picked up the vehicle the same day that she contacted them and even more to my delight it turned out that it would be hauled in an enclosed trailer. The driver was very friendly, experienced and understood how much it meant to me to have the vehicle delivered promptly. He took great care with the vehicle and it was delivered the next day. I am very happy with the service and level of customer care. I would definately use them again. I will be telling eveyone that I know of the great job that they did and of my incredable satisfaction with the way that I was treated. Thank you.
