This was my first time to ship a car.

I put in a quote request online on Satuday and received more than 20 quotes from different brokers/companies. And, with so many quotes, I don't know what to do, except comparing the price.

Then I came to know that there are good guys and bad guys out there in this field and don't know who to trust...reading too much reviews.

On follwoing Monday, I received a phone call from Theresa, she told me they're a member of BBB. I asked her to send me an email with the quote.

I then did a little search about Total Car Shipping, and got a impression that they should be ok...after reading all their terms and conditions...."no deposit until after a driver is assigned" is important. I sent Theresa an email, decided to go with her quote. On Wednesday, she called me...driver assigned. I got the phone number of the driver. I called the driver, he said he couldn't my car on Wednesday, but Thursday. Then on Thursday, another driver, Alex, called me early in the morning to arrange the pickup. I called Theresa and she said 'cause the previous one didn't pick up my car, they changed the driver right away. At night. Alex came with 45 minutes advance notice, and picked up my car. Very professional! Easy to deal with. My car reached the the destination on Friday afternoon, on time.

I didn't go with the lowest quote, but use my judgement to choose this company.

It turned out to be a very good expprience working with Theresa and the driver Alex.

Reliable, and for sure will use them again!!!
