I was refered by a friend who had had a very positive experience with your company. He told me to ask for Marie. I called and was transfered to Marie Abrahams on ext 828. Marie was very professional and given that this was my first experience with shipping a car, assured me that everything would be handled easily. Her Customer Service skills were excellent and made me feel at ease. Everything was handled exactly as she had told me. Both the pick up in Florida and the Delivery here in Maryland went smoothly.
