My husband's brother's wife's car engine blew up in California and originally we planned on shipping my husband's Corolla over to them there. We put a deposit on it and then we found out that his wife couldn't drive a stick and she was too nervous about learning how to with the mountains she has to drive on. My father-in-law then said to ship the car to them in OK and he would sell it since they live by the University. Kevin was able to make all of this happen and we never lost the original deposit which was great! He also made sure the driver picking up the vehicle had more then enough insurance, was bonded, and positive ratings before setting us up with just anyone to pick it up. Kevin goes the extra mile for his clients treating your vehicle as if it was his. The vehicle left my house on a Monday and was told it would probably arrive there some time on Wednesday, but it arrived even earlier on Tuesday afternoon which made my father-in-law extremely happy. We received great service and the car arrived in the same condition it left New Orleans in. The driver was friendly and thorough and called my in-laws over an hour ahead of time to see if they were available to receive the car at that time. Another great experience and I would highly recommend working with Kevin if you need to get anything shipped. I have him saved in my contact list and have already told friends about his great service! I know I can trust him, and he gave me the personal customer service that was outstanding when it comes to shipping vehicles.
