From the initial contact I had with Brian at Total Car Shipping, I was nothing but completely satisfied. His strong desire to determine my exact needs, to the process he used to deliver on my needs and the efforts he put forth to ensure those needs were met and completed were an exemplary example of Customer Service. His responses to my calls and voicemails never made me feel as though I was "bothering" him or being too demanding. He made me feel important and valued. His follow up after my car was picked up and then delivered was top notch as well. I highly recommend contacting Brian with Total Car Shipping!
