The initial quote was 650.00 when customer called in. We called and informed her that we could not get it for that price. She agreed to raise the price. We had a driver for 725.00 which she agreed. Our driver was dispatched and went out to get the car and the car apparently was picked up from another carrier. Customer was working with several other companies besides ours and we were not informed. Never was our quote 800.00 to customer.
