Anne was Great!!! Easiest Transport ever!

My transport started like most would, looked up a site and got 100 calls and emails from various brokers. I reviewed many, spoke to some and I emailed Anne @ total car shipping. With my schedule emails are generally my go to option. I was surprised how quick of a response I got from Anne. I intially emailed her on a Thursday for details, she provided everything I asked and continued to respond to my emails in real time. I wanted to know if she could get me a carrier by Tuesday the following week, she said she could work on it. She even went as far to get all the paperwork ready in advance so when I made the call we could proceed quickly.

As mentioned I wanted to move it by Tuesday, however I got a call and was able to move the car asap on my end. I contacted Anne Friday morning informed her of this, she promptly placed my order at my request and called me back 5 minutes later stating she had a carrier and they would be there Sunday. I was blown away, I didn't have to sit and wonder, she made it too easy. I was certainly impressed with her service, knowledge and willingness to assist. If all the folks at Total car shipping are like Anne I will highly recommend you speak with them when considering a move.

The carrier did a nice job as well, I don't want to sell him short. Rob @ rmj transport. He actually didn't pick the vehicle up Sunday night, but did pick it up Monday and delivered it Monday as promised. It was just a bit later than originally planned. No big deal the car (1967 cougar) arrived in great shape. It was actually the only car on the trailer so I knew it wasn't loaded/ unloaded multiple times.

Overall great experience. I think one thing to keep in mind is to set a budget and be willing to spend accordingly. I received many quotes ranging from 250-650, Total car transport actually came in at $395, I offered an additional $100 for the driver to aide in inticing a driver to pick it up. I went into it thinking if I can move it from Wisconsin to PA (350 mi) for $500 or less that would be great. I was able to do that and do it very quickly with Anne's help. Thanks again Anne for a seamless transaction!
