Kathleen Parker was fantastic! She made me feel confident in the process. She kept in constant contact with me giving me updates. She found me a qualified driver that was very nice and professional. There was no hidden fees or change in the rate. I did not have to pay anything up front. As a woman I felt more comfortable dealing with another woman.
