I was very pleased with the service provided by Total Car Shipping. Every detail was handled professionally. I had already left Florida for California so had left the car at my daughters home. They picked my Explorer Sport Trac up at the designated time and actually beat the estimated delivery date to Santa Clara by a day. No worries on my part and it arrived as it left. They unloaded it from the carrier and I drove it away. I would definitely use them again when I have to ship a vehicle. Outstanding service and Laki kept me informed every step of the way. This was the first time I had shipped a vehicle on my own dime and the check lists they provided were a definite help. Compared to driving it myself from Florida to California the service was also cost effective!
