Very satisfied...surprisingly.

I say I was surprisingly satisfied because I guess I had the expectation of shipping a car as difficult. I purchased a car in New York and needed it shipped to Kansas City, Missouri. I received an email quote from Rena at Total Car Shipping and decided to call. Rena was very informative. I don't like talky salesmen and I don't like someone that only answers my questions. Rena was perfect, she was completely honest about the way transport companies work, something I didn't get from other companies.

I understood that money moved a car and more money would move a car faster. So I gave Rena my maximum price of $900. (she also helps find you the best price that should move your car, so you know what a fair price is) She spent 2 days doing everything in her power to find me a driver as cheap as she could find. Without any luck she finally found a driver on the 3rd day for $900. She impressed me with her determination to find the cheapest price instead of just finding me the $900 driver on day one, which would have been the easiest solution for her.

The pickup and delivery were both a day early which worked wonderfully for me. The car was in perfect condition when it got to me.

I would happily use Total Car Shipping and would recommend to anyone to ask for Rena.
