Rena treated me as if I was one of her family members...She found a driver for me $200 less than her estimate. She worked very hard to find me a driver. She explained the whole process to me. Her quote was higher then her competitors but in the end she found a driver $200 less than everyone. She explained to me she makes nothing unless my car moved and basically worked for free til she found a driver. This made me feel comfortable as I didnt want to just give someone money upfront. She even found me a driver in my hometown. He picked up my car and also my friends car and it got to its destination within 3 days. Thank you Total car shipping. I got scammed last year when someone took an upfront deposit from me and this company gave me faith in using transporters again. I would recommend Rena and the driver Shalee Auto to anyone who wants to work with an honest reputable broker.
