JC helped me with two shipping orders which I unfortunately had to cancel due to my own issues. Even though the vehicle did not get transferred, JC showed complete professionalism and patience in dealing with the problems I encountered with my multiple location move. He delivered a high level of customer service and was prompt in delivering me with updated information. Should I choose to ship my vehicle in the future, I will no doubt contact JC from Total Car Shipping.
