Overall experience was excellent. The key is allowing TIME; if you allow some wiggle room from pick up to delivery, things will be alright. My main requirement is to have delivery after a certain date because no one is available at destination, and the car was delivered just two days after my requested date. I know everyone has unique needs, but things worked out for me.
