Very Bad Response

I contacted Todd from Top Rank Auto Transport on 24 Jan 2013 to ship my car from Delaware to Minneapolis.I did not get any response from him after I send the credit card details.I have tried to reach Todd in office number and emails but no response. And finally after a week got reply for my email that ther are no trucks from DE and again after 3 days when I tried to reach them to know the status of the car shippiment they said driver is demainding for more money as there are no trucks in DE and after 2 days finally the reason they gave me for not picking my car was that other shipping company has dispatched order but no agency has picked my car.I am sure that I have not agreed to ship my car with any other company other than Top Rank. Now I am looking for other shipping agency to ship my car after waiting for more than 2 weeks.

DONT EVER GO TO TOP RANK .....ITS WASTE OF TIME.

Bharath, Im very confused that you left a negative review. You left out some major details here. First, you called me after already going with another company and asked if I could help you. I told you that shipping from Delaware to Minnesota is a bit of a hard move because there isnt any trucks running this route. I also told you that as long as more than one company was trying to dispatch and ship your vehicles there would be difficulties, because drivers dont want to go 100 miles off their routes to find out another company has a truck there picking up your vehicles too. Double brokering throws up a red flag to drivers because as mentioned above they dont want to get to someones place and another truck is there as well. Plus, they dont know which company you have a contract with to pay them. As for raising the price, I didnt say drivers were demanding more. What I said was since no drivers are in the area we may have to raise the price to give a driver incentive to come down to Delaware and load your vehicle for you. I also answered all your calls and emails. IN fact, not only I but other staff members had answered your call 2 and 3 times a day as well as your emails. On the phone I told you that I would get you on the first available carrier that was heading to Minnesota and would call you as soon as I got one lined up and that having the other company stop dispatching your vehicle as well would help. I notice now 2 weeks later your vehicle is still sitting there with another company. So as mentioned on the phone your best move is to increase the amount your willing to pay to the drivers, because there is no trucks running that route still. One other thing. It states I compensated you to leave this review. Why would I pay you to leave a negative review? I would never pay anyone to leave a review. Update: Vehicle is now being dispatched by two new companies.
