Mike, I apologize if you were unhappy with my service here at Top Rank. As per our discussion on the phone it takes normally 3-5 days to set up a driver and get the vehicle picked up. As you can see from our records the order was set up on Aug 13 and cancelled on Aug 16. New order: 08/13/12 9:52 am Cancelled: 08/16/12 3:19 pm The price given was right on target and our quotes are highly effective. An enclosed carrier moves for around .70 a mile. If you check the cities specified you will see we were above the .70 range to assure you a driver and a spot on a carrier. At any time if there was a problem we would have appreciated a phone call to resolve the problem. There is an over abundance of vehicles being shipped every day. Not always will a driver be running your exact route especially if there isnt enough vehicles to fill their truck. Its a very competitive industry and if there was a driver in the area running your route I assure you we would have had your vehicle on it. Even if a driver did want more money we would have called and discussed that with you. If you found a company that charged you more money to pick up your vehicle thats understandable. Raising the price will always pull another driver off their route to run another direction. My job is to provide you the best service possible. I priced the quote to get your vehicle moved. I also lowered my broker fee a considerable amount to accommodate you. -Mollie
