i had a contract with this company on the 25th 0f june told car would be picked up soon a week went by no pickup 2nd week went by no pick up called they said they couldnt reach me i responded u didnt need to reach me we had agreed for u to pick up car there responce was it will cost more than the contracted price. what a bunch of bull another week went by no pick up now going into 4th week still my car wasnt picked up nor was a time set for it to be picked up .the person i bought the car from says i will be charged a storage charge. i called again the same answer we havent found a carrier yet finally i told them to forget it i called another company they assured me it will be picked the next day . stay clear of this company they have no clue on how to run a bussiness or the trouble they can cause u by waiting a month then telling u we cant find a carrier what a mess

We try our best to make all of our customers happy. In response, I must add that we were limited to certain days requested by the owner. This was not written in the review given. There are thousands of vehicles needing to be shipped everyday and a driver will not sit around waiting until Wednesday if they can fill their trucks and leave on Monday. This is when the time frame comes in. We had a few different drivers set up, but weekends were not an option as well. It was also mentioned that we couldn't reach him on the phone which was a very important variable here. We must be able to reach you to move your vehicle. A driver does not want to drive 100 miles to pick up the vehicle if nobody is home.
