i chose tnat because they are in arizona and that is where i was living at the time. they were just fine as i indicated in the ratings offered. their website is easy to navigate, they were pleasant to deal with and their pricing was competitive. i'm not sure; however, that they have a system to keep track of which carriers offer the best service to their customers. i don't know if the truck/carrier was dirty or damaged and this system makes you answer yes or no. i was displeased with who they hooked me up with but don't recall if they contacted me to ask if there was a problem. i did receive confirmation emails that the vehicle made it to its destination and on their website they encourage customers to file separate reviews on the service received from the driver/carrier. they offer a $30 dollar rebate for writing a review, making the cost of shipping my vehicle (2008 bmw z4 m series) from az to pa $920. one more thing, the time from first available date to when vehicle was picked up was 9 days (this system wouldn't save my entry).
