Generally, I had a positive experience with Top Notch & Steve Hamilton. My car arrived safely & cleanly, etc. It was also a pretty easy process to set up, and during the initial sale process, they were easy to work with. Overall in terms of price & logistics of the service, it matched my expectations and therefore I would probably use them again.

I think my biggest complaint would be communication on pickup and drop-off times. The pickup came early, which was fine as we were informed in advance. Delivery also came early, but then I was told about the early drop-off on the day of drop-off, which presented more of a challenge for me (was 3 days early). Made the logistics significantly more difficult for me, as my wife was out of town and I was at work. I definitely do not blame Top Notch at all for the overall timing of the delivery. I think the only complaint is just on the lack of prior communication about the timeline of the process. I would have expected more of a heads up on that, as I had no way of contacting the carrier myself since pick-up and drop-off were done by different drivers.

If you're planning to use top notch for a similar service, would recommend them, but would also recommend being extremely proactive yourself in verifying details as the process progresses. I think I had assumed that they would communicate with me a little more regularly if there were major changes, but that was not exactly how the process worked. I have no idea how any other companies do this (I've never transported a car before), so I don't want to sound overly negative. Definitely think they did a good job overall, and on the communication piece, it might have just been that my expectations of their role weren't realistic, not sure.

I always look forward to constructive critcism, but am glad that the overall exeperience was pleasant and that you would recommend us to to others.
