Gideon was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the entire process. I was told that my quoted price could increase up to $150. My price was fair and the drive was very nice. My car was picked up on the first day of availability and arrived on time. My car was dirty, but riding across the country I would expect nothing else. My only problem, was a small billing issue, that will hopefully be resolved quickly. When it was pointed out, Gideon was very eager to take care of the problem and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.
