I needed to move a car from Southern California to Charlotte, North Carolina. I was overwhelmed with all the choices of auto transport brokers and went with Top Notch because their quote was the best. What an excellent choice!! I could not be happier with the service I received from Steve Hamilton. Not only was he able to clearly explain the process but he also made it totally easy. He happily took my every concerned call and responded quickly to every email. The agreement stated he would be my primary contact and as promised I received calls or emails from him directly every step of the way. As an added bonus I just felt that Steve's manner was very friendly and reassuring, especially since the whole process made me nervous - Steve was very understanding about that and that made it all that much more pleasant to work with him. As far as the logistics went, everything went precisely as planned. I am a stickler for good customer service and I could not have asked for anything more from Top Notch or Steve. I am really impressed and would recommend to everyone.
