NOTE: Even though we are being compensated for submitting this review, we would have evaluated this process, company, and representative by saying exactly the same thing! This can be a very mind-boggling process and it is good to know their are honest, reputable organizations and personnel to deal with!

We did not know how easy the process was to ship a truck that we bought from my brother in Raleigh, North Carolina to Yuma, Arizona! Steve not only provided us with the best price, but he made himself available to us from the time that truck was picked up to delivery. There was continuous communication with Top Notch and Steve to keep us informed as to finding a carrier and transporting the truck! We liked the fact there was only one contact person which made dialogue easy. we were very naïve about the process, but Steve made us very comfortable, explaining the entire process to us in the beginning! He was very pleasant, personable, and efficient The truck was picked up on a Thursday morning, and delivered to as on Tuesday of the following week. We were transporting an older truck (1994) and overall, we thought it did extremely well during transit! The only issue was with a rain gutter that cracked off during transport; however, considering the age of the truck and the fact that the vehicle was on the top of the transporter (catching the wind), this was minor! The claim is being dealt with at this time. There was also a HUGE limousine that was also being transported with the truck so it was definitely in good company! We would definitely use Top Notch Auto again and we would go to Steve to coordinate our transport! It was so easy! Thank you!
