I was helping my fiance move across the country to be with me, and I had recieved a bunch of quotes via email regarding the shipment of the car, Gideon was the only one to actually call me. When I had questions, I called him back and he actually answered the phone and answered them all as opposed to having to wait for someone to email back, (some of which never did).
He understood our time frame and got the car picked up on the best date for us, and helped us out financially by getting us the best price he possibly could which was amazing. He always answered the phone, and called back; working with both me and my fiance despite BOTH of our time differences.
My fiance is here now, and her car made it a few days ago. Everything went well, the process was smooth, and we are both as happy as can be.
