Steve was really easy to work with. We had to increase our offer to the driver by $50, but Steve let me know that was something that might happen before we even got started. There was constant communication through e-mail and/or by phone, and all concerns and questions were addressed in a timely and professional manner. One time I called in and was unable to reach Steve, and Tige was able to assist me. Overall the whole team was great, and if I ever ship a car again, or any of my friends and family do, I will be sending them Steve’s contact information. Thanks again for making this painless.
