I'm hoping to never have to ship my car again, but if I do, I'll return to Top Auto Logistics for booking a transport. William Merrick provided excellent customer service throughout the entire experience. He answered my many questions patiently and thoroughly, and was professional but personable when we spoke. Calls were always returned promptly. My experience with the driver was not so great, but William's assistance balanced that all out for me. So grateful for his help.
