I was a little worried because I have heard bad things about using a broker but everything worked out great. My truck came on time and the driver was unbelievably nice. He called me updating me on his ETA even offered to drop off at my convenience. He went over the vehicle with me to ensure I was satisfied, and even had me verify the miles on the vehicle before removing it. Christa (Account Manager) was very nice, easy to contact and answered all of my questions in a timely manner.
