This is my 1st time to leave a complaint for someone. I was "guarantee quoted" $700 to have my daughter's car picked up and brought to Oklahoma. Chris and Jason have got to be the 2 most dishonst people I've met in a long time! I have 2 paragraphs from Chris that the $700 was it, tax, gas, mileage, door to door service, no extra charges. A few weeks later, I verified again, the $700 was it and if it was anymore than $700 that we wouldnt be doing it. THEY REFUSE TO CALL, the CAR IS IN OKLHOMA, I've already paid $200....I had a $25 credit coming...all I needed to pay PER CHRIS is $475 once the vehicle arrives. WOAHH....it's $600 per the semi driver....WHO AGREED TO THAT? I didn't? I have 2 separated emails stating door to door, not extra charges, etc...guaranteed quotes from TITANIUM....how they do business is beyond me. I fully intend on filing small claims for my money back since it is ALL IN WRITING the total amount I owe...not this new amount because I'm holding your vehicle hostage amount!

UNBELIEVABLE................ We DONT HAVE THE MONEY FOR THIS. I had to fly my daughter home, she spent another 4 mos inpatient in the hospital...yeah tumors are back....they've done their part now in screwing her over as well....unbelievable....we don thave the extra money laying around to do this..my parents already paid for us to get her car home since it's been sitting at college since last May....UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!! I already said and was reassured (YEAH, I had to explain and define the word "verbatim" earlier today). . . yea, I really did. I'll be filing small claims ASAP for the return of my money. I owe $475 today, not $600...they refuse to call me back. I FORWARD TO CHRIS AND JASON ALL THE EMAILS STATING CHRIS SAID.....exactly and verbatim that it was door to door $700 and not a penny more. WOW....who does their math for them? I also tell them I'll report to BBB..they say they aren't a member...WOW again...my fault for not doing the homework. They'are all about answering the phone PRIOR to shipment of the car....but NOTTA after that point...they won't talk to me, won't answer the phone OR emails...unbelievable.....
