Customer service was amazing before the deposit was paid. Three calls a day, discounts for military, discounts for using checks, cheapest price quoted, everything was great. Read the reviews and felt uneasy, immediately got a call and discussed this with Chris wyte. He assured me that things would go smooth. So I paid my deposit.
Needless to say, customer service disappeared after the money was withdrawn. My car was scheduled to be picked up and the receipt was emailed to me after closing. After I checked the receipt my cash on delivery amount was listed as $750, when my agreement stated that my price was $450. Needless to say this $300 increase has not been explained. No phone calls have been returned..filing a complaint with the dispatcher.
