Terrible service from a dishonest company

I wound up canceling my order with Titanium due to blatant dishonesty by several staff. Chris Wyte from Titanium called me with a quote and stated my car would be picked up within the timeframe I requested due to a military move.......so after placing a $200 deposit online, I thought all was set. I never received ANY information about the status of my order and all numbers listed on their website went directly to an automated answering machine. I left several messages and two requests for tracking info via email, however, Titanium never returned my phone calls or email requests for support. I was blatantly lied to by Chris and other staff who gave me dates for pickup and even stated the delay was due to an employee/contracted agent who was running late. This was a blatant lie because when I placed my order number into the automated online tracking system, the order status was completely blank......there was no order!!!!

They also still not have refunded the $200 deposit after more than 2 weeks as they sent the refund confirmation to me on 9 Jan....so as of 2 February I have not received the deposit back.....to make matters worse, it appears Titanium has resorted to threats/scare tactics by using the following quote on the refund email: "Please Note: Chargebacks/Disputes made during the refund process will automaticlly violate order terms and evoke a $150.00 service fee, without exception, for which customer will be held responsible for via collection agency."

If we do not receive our deposit money within the next week we will go to an Army lawyer on base to seek legal assistance.....I urge all who read this to never do business with this company so you can avoid being duped and misled. On a good note, we used Stateway Transport to ship my car and they were very honest and the service was Outstanding!!!

Caveat Emptor with Titanium!
