I received I don't know how many quotes from transporters. I got so many calls I regretted ever giving out my number. I received a fair quote online from Titanium Transport so I called Amber with questions. She was very friendly and informative. After I placed my order I had received some calls from other company's claiming I was priced to low and wouldn't ever get picked up. I expressed my concerns with management and he assured me my quote was accurate. I was told that some carriers may offer more for faster pick ups but I wasn't obligated to accept any. I got an offer a couple days before my date for $50 more. I asked Amber what she thought and she suggested I accept. So I did. Driver was awesome, gave us frequent updates and even gave us a certificate for a free full service auto detail from the dealership in our area. In addition to the incredible service we received, I later found out Titanium refunded my Paypal the $50. I don't normally post reviews good or bad but the level of service was absolutely incredible. I can not believe some of these negative reviews I read on here, I had a excellent experience.
