I had already booked with Titanium when my daughter called me after finding some bad reviews, I was really worried about my decision and called immediately to cancel. I spoke to my sales person Paris and he informed me another competitor had posted them. After reading the couple posted on here and the web, I quickly realized every one of them advertised the same company as being the night and shining amour so to speak. lol Needless to say, I'm glad I didn't cancel. Paris was great in helping answer all our questions and the level of service was absolutely amazing. Thank you for being professional and getting my sons truck here before Christmas. Hands down this has been an excellent experience.
