Erika gave me important information about transporting a vehicle when I called the first time. I had talked to another company, and the treatment was quick and curt. I was given tips on what to expect from other companies. I did not choose Titan in the end, because I received a call from a gentleman (?) who said he was not a broker. He had his own drivers. In the end, when he did not get a driver to choose our vehicle, he posted it for $675 I later found out... $200 less than his quote to me ($875) When I called 2 days prior to my flight to my destination to see what was happening, the secretary told me it was the way it works. I became frustrated with her attitude, and I fired them. I called Erika apologizing for not choosing Titan. She immediately took charge and posted our vehicle for $800, $50 more than she originally said. Her company's payment was $140. We had a driver within the hour! From that point on we were totally happy with everything. A friend had to deliver our vehicle to the driver since our flight was the day before. We had contact with him when needed, and he brought our vehicle to us today. Super!
