Customer booked for standard shipping, but should have been rush shipping. We were informed it was rush too late, and we were unable to obtain a carrier on short notice for the quoted price. We maintained communication with the customer and updated her on the situation frequently. However the customer was adamant on getting the vehicle picked-up on extremely short notice and would not accept any other date. First available date was 5/1/15, customer wanted vehicle picked up the following monday which was 5/4/15. The options for our booking service are as follows, standard within 10 days of first available date, expedite within 1-5 days of first available date, and rush - within 72 hours of first available date.
