What a relief!

This was my first experience with having a car transported, and as I started my internet search for a company to get the job done, I became very worried when I saw how competitive the business was and how many companies there were out there. Which one should I use, and how would I know what to look for? My research led me to Phil at Tiger Transport, and what a blessing that was. There were a couple of extenuating circumstances involved in transporting the vehicle, but Phil handled these with ease and provided excellent follow-up customer service. He was not pushy at all, but very helpful and patient. Transporting a car from Southern Florida to Montana is quite a long undertaking, but when I told Phil the time was right, he had a truck with a top rated agency lined up for me within 15 minutes!!! The car was picked up within 2 days and was here unscathed one week later. The driver was incredibly polite and competent. There were no unexpected or hidden fees, and communication was great. Tiger Transport may be newer in the business, but that must mean they try harder because from start to finish this was a satin smooth and completely satisfying transaction. If I ever need this kind of service again, I will definately call Tiger Transport. Thanks Phil!!
