I had so many quotes to deal with when I first started this process (it was my first time) that I didn't know what to do with myself. By the time I talked to Chris at Tiger Transport, I had already talked to about 10 different people. His way of explaining the process, from the deposit to the pick-up times and delivery ETA's was easy to understand and he personally made sure htat I was aware of everything that was going on. He was always reachable and even if I left him a message, he promplty returned my phone calls. Though my car was a day late getting here, Chris did everything in his power not only to make sure I knew when the car would get there, but to make sure I was comfortable with everything that was going on.

He was in contact with the driver constantly, as well as with me. If I ever have to transport my car again, this is the service I would use. I reccommend Tiger Transport to anyone planning to ship a car cross-country, or even to a closer destination. I've heard so many horror stories about other transport companies and I'm so lucky to have dealt with this one. Chris will explain everything to you step by step and keep you aware of everything no matter what. Good luck moving and definitely give Chris a call!
