When I decided to move from Eastern CT to Seattle, the first thing I had to arrange was getting my car there. After going online and searching for a carrier, Chris was the first to call me back. He is honest, friendly, and forthright about the nature of this business. Having someone who is very patient and willing to work with you during a time of enormous stress (moving can be a difficult situation even if it's across town) is simply amazing. They just simply don't make enough people like Chris. Every email I sent with a nervous or random question was answered promptly, and he was always available by phone.

The only problem I had was that the driver was at least 6 hours late, but I can excuse that because he had to come up through New Jersey and New York City on a Saturday night. All went well, the car ended up arriving in Seattle looking like it took a mud bath but again, it was on the back of the truck and it's winter. Of course it's going to get dirty. Be realistic, the driver just does not have time to hose off your vehicle when he's going from point a to point b. The driver was not employed by Chris, so I don't blame him for these trifling issues.

The point is that the car was picked up and delivered according to plan, and if I ever need to do this again, Chris will be the first person I call.
