One sales rep quoted agreed-upon price. Signed contract. Done.
Next day, truck driver almost 2 hours late and no helper. They hired some random guy off Craigslist to handle my prized possessions!
Another sales rep decides to change the contract and alter the price. I refuse to sign new contract and remove items in dispute from the move. Still want more money, check made out to a company that is NOT Yellow Eagle, and nothing has been put on the truck 2 hours after the driver arrives! After waiting six hours for the driver to show up, package, load and leave, I kicked everyone off my property. Nothing was done. 6 hours of my time WASTED -not to mention the prep work I did the night before….
This process could have gone much smoother if my first sales rep, Nick, stayed involved and the second rep, Dutch, stayed out. Dutch wasted HOURS haggling with the driver to get ME to pay more money, instead of letting him do his job according to the contract I’d already signed. Confusion, manipulation, greediness and lack of planning. Yellow Eagle dropped the ball!
