I worked with Holly at TCT, and she was excellent. It turned out that another company that I had tried to cancel my order with previously came through with a great price, and I'm rolling the dice with them, but if I had to do it all over again, I'd call Holly at TCT. The only reason I didn't continue working with her was that I would have lost my non-refundable deposit with the other company.

TCT is a professional, helpful company, and you shouldn't hesistate to use them.
