Francesca from The Car Transporters was pleasant and and helpful, and she found a carrier faster than the estimated amount of time at the quoted price. She also kept my family and I updated during the whole process, answered emails thoroughly and promptly, and checked in with us to verify that the carrier had contacted us. The car only took 3 days to get across the country, so it was delivered quite a few days before the estimated delivery time.

Although we were happy with the service offered by The Car Transporters, the company (or any other brokerage company or agent) is not ultimately responsible for hauling the vehicle since they serve as a broker between customers and carriers. So, the details of pickup and delivery as well as how long the vehicle takes to get to its destination were more based on the carrier than the brokerage company. However, The Car Transporters says that they screen their carriers which gave us reassurance that a responsible company would be hauling the car.
