At the outset, I would like to make it clear that my experience with this company is only till the point of placing the order. My experience doesnt talk about carrier assignment, actual pickup of my car and eventual delivery

After going through mental trauma and distress for 21 days with another transport company which is an absolute rip-off, I got in touch with Car Transporters. I spoke to Francesca what I have been going through and she assured me that I am in good hands now. Right from the start, she has been very prompt and honest. Although she quoted me $790 a day ago, she was very honest to tell me that it might not be honored since rates have gone up and other reasons. The best part which I liked about Car Transporters is you dont have to pay anything upfront, no contract at all. Only when you get a carrier assigned, thats when they charge you the deposit. Francesca took a lot of effort in explaining me the entire process and answering my questions, however silly they may be. I really appreciate her patience and truthfulness. Given a chance in the future, I would definitely would want to work with Car Transporters. Working with the other company, I have almost seen how much things can go bad with one wrong choice. Kudos Francesca and Car Transporters. Please continue setting new benchmarks for the rest of the industry to follow
