I, would like to send out may thanks to Greg of the "Car Transporters". The customer service was awesome, just awesome. I called up this company and was answered by Mr. Greg Saucke, who was completely pleasant in explaining to me in details regarding the transaction. I told him that I had a problem with another transporter to took my deposit and never rendered me any service "NewWayMoving" with whom I am currently with the BBB, Nevertheless,..Mr. Saucke explained to me that his company (The Car Transporters) is nothing like that other company, they treat their customers like family..Which was so true..Mr.Saucke, told me that my vehicle will be picked up on the 5/5/2012..Which It was!!!...he then told me that it would reach it destination which is to my son who's stationed in AZ, (Brooklyn NY to Tuscon AZ) on the 5/15/2012 or earlier...I got a call from my son in Tuscon USAF telling me that the truck arrived 5/11/2012 TODAY!!! OMG...IS THAT AWESOME OR WHAT????...Now this is a Chevy SUV...No scratched, No Dents...Just as clean as I sent i Although Mr.Saucke could tell how nervous I was he through out the entire transaction, held my hand (sort of speak) via email, all the way...I am not an employee of this company or anything like that I am actually a former Civil Service employee...my son is an active USAF Airmen...station in AZ...I am a single mother of two boys, the one in AZ being the oldest, and am so grateful to Mr. Saucke, words can't and will never explain.
Thank you Mr. Saucke, Thank you to the (CAR TRANSPORTERS!!!!!) YOU ROCK!!!!!!
