Very positive phone contact and estimate

I requested an on-line estimate from several car shipping companies. Car Transporters was one of the few that made a personal follow up call. I spoke with Greg. He was extremely knowledgeable and spend a considerable amount of time with me explaining how car shipments are bidded out and how costs are estimated and ultimately established.

Basically, he provided me with a real education so that I could make an informed decision about how to ship my car. He was very professional and spend as much time with me as I needed.

I ultimately decided to drive the car back myself, but the shipping cost was not a significant factor. The car was a purchase for me and I decided to fly to the destination and see it before I handed over the check. I decided to combine the trip with a visit to relatives.

If I had decided to ship, my initial experience with Greg at Car Transporters left me feeling very good about the quality of company and I was prepared to select them as my carrier.

It was a real pleasure educating you about our industry and the process as well as all the ins and outs.
