Greg stipulated after giving me the quote that he would make the $50 mail-in rebate as instant rebate if I would write a review. To which I agreed but only to found out that my credit card was charged for the full amount. After contacting him abt it, he told me that the review needs to be done prior to completion of the service. This really baffles me. How one will write an honest review when the service has not been fully rendered? He later told me that's how his operation works, for someone to write a review without seeing the completion of the service to get the $50 instant rebate. He didn't really make this clear in the beginning, hence the misunderstanding. He told me that now I need to follow the mail-in rebate procedures and write a review. On a side note, Greg needs to learn with follow through. It's a simple task but it can make a big difference. There was a possibility of a change on the delivery date to be one or two days later than was originally asked. He said he would call the driver to find out if that's okay and called me back with the answer. He never did. Two days later I have to call him back for the info. So overall experience was unfortunately just average. I want to wish Greg nothing but success as he seems very friendly and pleasant. Hopefully this transaction will serve him as a learning experience to be better in his commitment to follow through with every customers.

GREG * 1-800-615-0973 Hey Kenny! I apologize about the confusion with the rebate program. During the time when you placed the order (End of Decmber) we were going through some changes to the rebate policy and were not able to give instant rebates without the customer first leaving feedback about the customer service they had received up to that point. I completely agree with you though, who would ever want to leave feedback prior to completing the experiece?? The good news though, is that we've done away with the rebate program and the headache that can come from it! As far as my delayed followup time, I make no excuses. I do need to mention though, that as a middle man, I am at the mercy of the carriers we work with. If they are slow in getting back to us then my response time is also delayed. With all this being said, I think the conversation you and I had on the phone speaks volumes about the amount of effort and time that was put in to this order and I know you meant to give me a 4-star. Darn that rebate! ;) I look forward to working with you again and appreciate the feedback! All the best.. :)
