I had an overall good experience with The Car Transporters. My vehicle was transported safely and without damage from Rhode Island to California. Holly was my contact person and she was very professional. My only issue with the process was that my car ended up being picked up 10 days later than I wanted it to. The resulting delay meant that I had to pay for a rental car at my destination for a week. I also ended up paying more than what the company originally quoted to me. I understand that this was due to the holidays and the fact that not as many carriers were available, but if I had known that in advance I would have made arrangements to ship it before the holidays. I also do not like having the price changed on me. However, having said that, I felt that Holly was professional throughout the process and once my car did finally get picked up, it was delivered relatively quickly and with no damage.
