My wife and I were more than satisfied with the service provided by Greg at The Car Transporters for our long-distance move from San Antonio, TX to Michigan. He was very helpful in arranging all the details with us, explaining the process and what to expect, and we felt it was a very fair price too. The follow up and communication was excellent - not all companies will take the time to check back and make sure everything was on schedule, and this was important to us because we are seniors and this move was a lot of effort and extremely stressful. As promised, he kept us appraised of when they were going to pick up the car and worked with us on our desired delivery date, even though it was picked up before the Thanksgiving holiday and we were traveling to Michigan over that time so we couldn't take delivery of it until the following Friday. There were no hassles whatsoever and it made it easier for us to focus on our other moving details and also enjoy the holiday. We would definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.
