We just shipped my daughters car from Boston to Denver and the experience with Holly was outstanding from the beginning to the end. She was very clear on the process regarding the carrier selection and made us aware of potential challenges that could occur (which did not). The carrier arrived a bit earlier (four hours) than expected, but we were fine with it since it was the Holiday Season and we needed to get the car home. It arrived two days later and the carrier delivered it to our front door. We live in a gated community, so he had to park down the street to remove the vehicle and drive it to our house (with front door service). I was traveling so my wife had to work with the driver. She said he was exceptionally friendly and nice and that the experience could not have been better. Thank you Holly for doing such a great job!
